This is a plain-language summary of how tabs.dev handles data during the beta. A fuller formal policy will be published before general availability — what's here is accurate today.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email), the content you create in the product (campaigns, briefs, creator notes, comments), and basic product analytics (page views and feature usage via PostHog) so we can see what's working. Tracking links record clicks and the conversions you report through the API or pixel.
How we use it
To run the product: showing your data back to you and the people you share it with, sending the transactional and notification emails you can opt out of, and improving the product from aggregate usage. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties beyond the processors below.
Who processes it
tabs.dev runs on Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (product analytics), and Anthropic (AI brief generation — only the brief context you provide is sent). Each processes data solely to provide their service to us.
Your data, your call
Tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer — other workspaces cannot read your data. Want an export or deletion? Email us and it'll be handled promptly.
